Lars Boom has confirmed that he will make his cyclo-cross comebach on Boxing Day in the World Cup race in Zolder. The Astana rider made the announcement in Ziggo Sport.
For some time it has been rumored that Boom was planning a cyclo-cross comeback. The former world champion had to get permission from his employer. "I have to find a time that fits into my program. And I still have to get permission from the team. I won't do anything without their approval," he said earlier this month.
