Nacer Bouhanni move from FDJ to Cofidis was one of the biggest moves of the offseason. Good news for the French sprinter, Cofidis has now obtained wildcards for the Tour de France, the Criterium du Dauphine and Paris-Nice.

"We are in 2015, I feel like the season starts now," he told FranceTV Sport. "Two major periods of objectives emerge for me: Paris-Nice, Milan-San Remo and Gent-Wevelgem and the Tour de France. I have reconed Milan-San Remo, after training in Nice. I am ready."

Regarding his departure from FDJ, the former champion of France evokes "a big change." Before letting go, "I'm leaving tomorrow for the last training before the start of the season, we will work on my sprint train." He doesn’t yet know who will be made available to him for the train. Although he will work for the first time with Jonas Ahlstrand and Adrien Petit, Dominique Rollin and Geoffrey Soupe have been working with him for the last few seasons.

"I have a lot of responsibility, but I’m not afraid of the pressure. I have put pressure on myself since my childhood. My only goal is to win." So naturally, the ambition is there, including the Tour de France: "I'll be there with a few guys to work for me and I will help Dani Navarro when I can. I will lead the team in the sprints.”

"It's not the quantity that counts is the quality of victories," said Bouhanni, explaining that if he wins less than in previous years but adds Milan-San Remo or a step Tour de France stage he would "sign immediately." "It’s hard to choose between a stage of the Tour, Milan-San Remo and the World Championships. Pick a victory over those three it would mean that I managed my season. That would be huge," concluded Nacer Bouhanni.
