Spanish U23 champion Jaime Rosón, David Arroyo and Fabrizio Ferrari will ride for Caja Rural-Seguros RGA in 2016. The Spanish team now have 17 confirmed riders for yheir seventh season in the peloton, the sixth as Professional Continental team.

Rosón (1993) moves up from the amateur team after being one of the sensations of the season, winning the Memorial Valenciaga and the U23 Copa de Espana and becoming Spanish champion. He is the fifth new signing and the second from the amateur team after Jonathan Lastra. He also won the Vuelta a Cantabria, was third in Bidasoa, fourth and ninth in Castellon and Zamora respectvely. In the summer, he was stagiare and rode well in the USA Pro Cycling Challenge where he was seventh in the queen stage and 12th in the final classification. The promising rider will be an elite rider again after spending last year at the continental Ecuador Team.

Arroyo (1980), meanwhile, continues for another season and will be the fourth rider in the Caja Rural team to provide his experience to the group. In 2015, he finished 12th in the Vuelta a Espana and touched a stage victory in the Giro del Trentino. Second in the 2008 Giro d'Italia, his previous teams were ONCE (2001-2003), LA-Pecol (2004) and Illes Balears / Caisse d'Epargne / Movistar Team (2005-2012).

Ferrari (1985), finally, also continues. The rider from Uruguay has been a key part of Caja Rural since they returned to the peloton in 2010 as a Continental team. Earlier he rode for amateur teams. Sporting directors Eugenio Goikoetxea and Josemi Fernandez were keen to keep him..

The team had 17 wins and more than 100 podiums in 2015 but will lose Amets Txurruka and Omar Fraile to Orica-GreenEdge and Dimension Data, respectively. Now the management is negotiating contract renewals withAntonio Molina, Javier Aramendia and Sergio Pardilla.
