This weekend, Caja Rural - Seguros RGA will take on the two French one-day races Grand Prix de Plumelec (Saturday) and Boucles de l'Aulne (Sunday). Both races have very undulating profiles made of two hard circuits, which lead to an uphill finish.
Aiming to continue the last months’ good performances, Caja Rural - Seguros RGA has selected the following eight riders to represent the team in France:José Gonçalves, Ricardo Vilela, Sergio Pardilla, Angel Madrazo, Jonathan Lastra, Miguel Angel Benito, Hugh Carthy and Antonio Molina.
Sports director Eugenio Goikoetxea said:
“We bring a strong team to France. These two races are very selective and have a great lineup. Any rider in good condition has a chance to fight for the win. We have to stay very alert in order to play our cards well in the final”.
