Four Italian races are scheduled in the calendar of LAMPRE-MERIDA during the current week.
On Tuesday, the blue-fuchsia-green team will participate in the Tre Valli Varesine which will be followed on Wednesday by Milano-Torino and on Thursday by Gran Piemonte. On Saturday, LAMPRE-MERIDA will take part in the last World Tour event, Il Lombardia.
Diego Ulissi will lead the team in Varese and will share the leadeship with Rui Costa in Milano-Torino and Il Lombardia. Sacha Modolo will be the captain in Gran Piemonte.
Sports director Marco Marzano will lead these line-ups:
- Tre Valli Varesine (27/9): Durasek, Koshevoy, Mori, Niemiec, Petilli, Polanc, Ulissi and the trainee Masnada.
- Milano-Torino (28/9): Cattaneo, Rui Costa, Durasek, Mori, Niemiec, Petilli, Polanc, Ulissi.
- Gran Piemonte (29/9): Bono, Cattaneo, Rui Costa, Durasek, Modolo, Mori, Petilli, Polanc.
- Il Lombardia (1/10): Bono, Cattaneo, Rui Costa, Durasek, Mori, Petilli, Polanc, Ulissi.
