As it had already been feared yesterday, the last stage of the Tour de Suisse has been shortened. Due to cold and snowy conditions, the first climb of the Albulapass at 2315 meters above sea level will be skipped.
The stage now starts in La Punt and leads the peloton to Davos over the final half of the original route. This means that the distanced has been shortened from 117.7km to just 57.3km. The Flüelapass (2382 m) will still be part of the course.
