WorldTour Team Katusha will take part in the team time trial of the 2015 UCI Road World Championships, which will be held this Sunday, on September 20th in Richmond, USA. The distance of the race will be of 38,8 km.
The team is mainly composed of Russians, with Sergei Chernetckii and Ilnur Zakarin expected to be powerhouses, Aleksandr Porsev and Gatis Smukulis will provide extra firepower on the flats while Sergey Lagutin and Viacheslav Kuznetsov complete the roster.
Team has never had much success in the Worlds TTT.
