In August, three stagiaires will debut withLAMPRE-MERIDA: Edward Ravasi, Oliviero Troia and Fausto Masnada. They're all fromTeam Colpack and they'll alternate the activity in both teams.

Edward Ravasi (born in 1994), who's ready to the passage to the pro world for the next season, will have the second experience as blue-fuchsia-green trainee, considering that he profitably participated in some races with Team LAMPRE-MERIDA in the past season.

Oliviero Troia (born in 1994) wore the National Team jersey several times during the current season, collecting many satisfactions and important experiences on the Italian and international scene. He already had the opportunity to get a blue-fuchsia-green experience by attending a training camp with LAMPRE-MERIDA.

Fausto Masnada (born in 1993) will debut with LAMPRE-MERIDA after having demonstrated his skills during the recent seasons (victory in Giro del Medio Brenta 2016 and in the Piccolo Giro di Lombardia 2015).

The team manager from Team Colpack, Antonio Bevilacqua, commented:

"Our project of developing the youth talent finds an additional confirmation from the experience as trainees which will be lived by our three riders. We're very happy for Edward, Oliviero and Fausto, who'll have the opportunity to test themselves in the pro world.

"Many thanks to LAMPRE-MERIDA and to Giuseppe Saronni for their support to our team and to these athletes, with a special thank to Fabrizio Bontempi, who's working in close contact with us in order to make this cooperation as good as possible".
