Bauke Mollema knows his program up to the Tour de France. The rider from Trek Factory Racing opts for a run through the Critérium du Dauphiné. Then he goes on altitude training in the Sierra Nevada.
After Liège-Bastogne-Liège, the Groninger undertook a period of rest to ensure he is fully fit for the preparation of his main goal of this year's Tour de France. On July 4 start these jobs. In the run-up, Mollema goes off to Norway for the Tour of Norway (20-24 May).
In the period after he continues to explore several stages in the Tour de France before the Critérium du Dauphiné from 7 to 14th June. In the weeks before La Grande Boucle, Mollema has an altitude training in the Sierra Nevada, so he misses the Dutch Championship.
