La Gazzetta dello Sport have announced that newly crowned Italian U23 Road Race Champion Gianni Moscon has all but signed for Team Sky for the 2016 season. 

 

He reportedly visited Team Sky at Madonna di Campiglio on the Giro’s second rest day and is due to attend a training camp with the team at Sestriere from July 10-21.

 

Moscon was second in the U23 Tour of Flanders this year and won the U23 Tour of Lombardy last year.
