As of August 1, the transfer market will be opened in the cycling world. A lot of rumours circulate on the web and CyclingQuotes made a checkup and we reveal you the last news.

Oleg Tinkov would like to sign French Alexis Vuillermoz

After his strong win at the Mur de Bretagne, Alexis Vuillermoz interests some teams. Indeed, according to French newspaper JDD, Russian millionaire Oleg Tinkov would like to sign the Ag2r La Mondiale rider. "Vuillermoz was strong enough to beat Froome in Mûr-de-Bretagne. If the price is reasonable, I'm interested."

Etixx-Quick Step or Ag2r La Mondiale for Richeze ?

Maximiliano Richeze will leave Lampre-Merina the next season. According to some rumors, the Argentinian rider has the choice between Ag2r La Mondiale and Etixx-Quick Step. Patrick Lefevere, the owner of the Belgian team, would like to sign a sprinter like him to help young Fernando Gavaria. If Richeze will prefer to join the French team, he will help Bryan Coquard, the main goal for Ag2r on transfer market.

Slagter no extend with Cannondale-Garmin

Tom Jelte-Slagter will be free at the end of this season. Indeed, Cannondale-Garmin does not want to extend his contract. The Dutch rider is currently in negotiations with LottoNL-Jumbo. The best result of the 2013 Tour Down Under winner this year is a 7th place at the stage 9 of the Giro d’Italia. He finished also 9th at La Flèche Wallonne.

Fabio Felline will ride one more year with Trek

Fabio Felline, who won two times this season (stage 2 at the Vuelta Ciclista al Pais Vasco and stage 2 at the Critérium International), extended his contract with Trek Factory Racing according to La Gazette dello Sport.

Brambilla two more years with Etixx-Quick Step

According to Tuttobicieb, Gianluca Brambilla extended his contract with Etixx-Quick Step for two more years. This season, the Italian rider crossed the finish line at the 8th place during the National Championships and 10th at La Drome Classic.

Alex Kirch will join a German team ?

Even if Alex Kirch will be free only at the end of the next season, the future of Cult Energy Pro Cycling is bleak. Because of financial problems, this team will stop its season in September. And some riders want to leave and find more reliable team. According to Tageblatt, the Luxembourg rider will sign with Bora Argon 18.

A Polish rider to join Lotto-Soudal ?

According to Polish medias, Lotto-Soudal would like to sign Polish rider Pawel Bernas, who won this season the Szlakiem Grodow Piastowskich and the Volta ao Alentejo. The ActiveJet rider finished third at the National Championships road race behind Tomasz Marczynski (Torku Sekerspor) and Michal Golas (Etixx-Quick Step).
