Romain Bardet (Ag2r-la Mondiale), Thibaut Pinot (FDJ) and Tony Gallopin (Lotto-Soudal) top the list of the French team that will gather for five days to prepare the Olympic Games and the 2016 World Championships.
Romain Bardet, Alexis Gougeard, Jean-Christophe Péraud, Pierre Latour, Alexis Vuillermoz (Ag2r-La Mondiale), Thibaut Pinot (FDJ), Tony Gallopin (Lotto-Soudal), Jérôme Coppel (IAM Cycling), Kévin Ledanois (Bretagne Séché Environnement ), Christophe Laporte (Cofidis) and Romain Sicard (Europcar) are the eleven riders chosen by French coach Bernard Bourreau to participate in a training camp at the station Termignon, Savoie (Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne) from November 30 to December 4, according to the website of the French Federation.
Bourreau has gathered the 11 riders, "a group of high-level climbers" to "maintain the cohesion and strengthen the team spirit", ahead of the three main objectives in 2016: the Olympic Games Rio, the World Championships in Doha, Qatar, and the European Championships in Nice.
