Androni Giocattoli hired a young Italian rider. Alberto Nardin, member of Team Overall, will turn into this pro team from 1st January. The Italian talent made a good season with seven top 5 on Italian races including a win over the Trophy of Castelnuovo. 

Androni recruited too Davide Appollonio (from Ag2r La Mondiale), Marco Benfatto (Continental Team Astana), Carlos Galviz (Movistar Team Conti), Carlos Gimenez, Pedro Sequera, John Ebsen and Serghei Tvetcov (Jelly Belly powered by Kelly Benefit).
