Adrien Petit won the Tour de Luxembourg's evening prologue on Wednesday. The Cofidis Solutions Crédits rider covered the 2.67km course in the winning time of 3:58 minutes. He outdistanced Bryan Coquard (Team Europcar) and Arnaud Gérard (FDJ).
"It was very difficult today (yesterday). I had leg cramps. It was really hard", he said according to Luxemburger Wort. "Now we will try to control the race. There are some really hard stages and there are a lot of riders who are able to win a stage and finish at the top of the GC. But if there are some sprints, I hope I can do well."
