Ag2r will be led by sprinters Samuel Dumoulin and Maxime Daniel in the French sprint classic GP de Denain.
"I am happy with my result at Paris-Roubaix (28th)," Daniel says. "It was only my second participation and it was the first time I saw the Velodrome. After such a day, you have to recover well following up on the other events.
"I am very motivated for the GP Denain. Generally, the race ends in a sprint so why not try to do something? Sam (Dumoulin) will also discuss together who will be the best card. My small health worries are over. I hope to get a good result for the team and also for myself.
GP Denain is the sixth round of the Coupe de France PMU. Cyril Gautier was the winner of the previous round, Paris-Camembert.
AG2R La Mondiale is in second place in the overall team classification.
Six team riders from the team participated in Paris-Roubaix: Gediminas Bagdonas, Maxime Daniel, Nico Denz, Sébastien Minard, Jesse Sergent and Sébastien Turgot. They are joined by Samuel Dumoulin and Julien Berard
