In an exciting start to the 2013 Santos Tour Down Under, Lotto Belisol sprinter Andre Greipel has come out firing to win the People's Choice Classic tonight.
 

Racing in front of a huge crowd in Adelaide's East End, Greipel claimed yet another Santos Tour Down Under stage victory, edging out Orica GreenEdge rider Matt Goss by a bike length in an explosive sprint finish.
 

A strong breakaway early in the race saw UNisa Australia rider Zak Dempster earn the Jayco Sprint Jersey. Dempster managed to hold on and take out all four of the Prime sprints, before eventually being caught by the peloton on lap 21/30.
