Anthony Geslin will live his last months in the professional peloton. The FDJ team rider has announced on Monday its intention to end his career at the end of the season. 

At 35 years old, Geslin has spent 14 seasons in the pros. After debuting at Bonjour in 2002 and Bouygues-Telecom between 2005 and 2008, the native of Alencon in 2005 had won the bronze medal in the World Championships road race in Madrid. He is the last French rider to win a medal in the Worlds.

Geslin won the Flèche Brabançonne in 2009, Paris-Camembert in 2006 and the Tour du Doubs in 2008.
