Those were the words of Astana's Fabio Aru after stage five at the Tour de Pologne. Aru and his teammates - Andrey Zeits, Paolo Tiralongo, Diego Rosa and Alexey Lutsenko - took control of the race with 40km to the finish and successfully eliminated most of the peloton.
Around a technically difficult finishing circuit in Zakopane, Aru and Lutsenko joined an elite group of just a dozen riders over three difficult climbs.
Aru finished 7th behind stage winner and Bart De Clercq of Belgium, and is now 15 seconds behind him in the General Classification with 2 stages to go.
