The peloton of the Volta ao Algarve (February 17-21) continues to grow in quality and in number of teams.
 
Astana have sent the offical enrolment form to the organization of the race and unveiled the roster.
 
Italian Fabio Aru will be the reference of the team at Volta ao Algarve where he will have the company of his teammates Luis León Sánchez, Diego Rosa, Dario Cataldo, Paolo Tiralongo, Tanel Kangert, Bakhtiyar Kozhatayev and Miguel Ángel López.
 
Furthermore, the Volta ao Algarve has announced two more WorldTour teams: Etixx-QuickStep and IAM Cycling.
 
IAM Cycling has already announced its provisional roster: Heinrich Haussler, Matthias Brändle, Jarlison Pantano, Jonas van Genechten, Dries Devenyns, Leigh Howard, Sondre Holst Enger and Oliver Zaugg.
 
At this time, there are 17 teams confirmed. All the Portuguese continental teams will be added and another international team will be selected.
