"It's good luck to have good legs on a time trial day."

Those were the words of Astana's Lieuwe Westra after stage four at the Eneco Tour. Westra had some of his own luck on Thursday and watched as teammate Lars Boom finished fourth in a short, powerful time trial in the Dutch August heat.

Andrei Grivko finished 16th, 29 seconds behind stage winner Jos Van Emden of the Netherlands, and is now in 15th on General Classification, 28 seconds back thanks to the bonus second he took in stage three. Boom moves from 60th overall to 4th with an Ardennes stage on Friday, a hot climb into Houffalize on Saturday and a Geraardsbergen Kappelmuur finish on Sunday.
