Ag2r have announced their roster for La Mediterraneenne, a new four-day stage race that starts on Thursday. The team will be led by Jan Bakelants who will make his season debut.

"I am looking forward to compete," he said. "I think I am in good form. Much better than last year where I had health problems. My winter training went well and I am very motivated. I feel good and I chose to start my season in La Méditerranéenne because some stages suit me well. Then I will do Tour de Provence (February 21-23) and the Boucles Classics (February 27-28)."
