The philosophy of the team does not change and will continue to focus on the development of the best young Italian talents. Roberto Reverberi's ream will concentrate on the Italian calendar and search for invitations to major foreign race. The first gathering will be from the 16th to the 20th of December in Fiuggi and will be followed by another two, one in January and one in February, both in Riotorto (Tuscany).
The first official competitions will be the Tour of Qatar and the GP Costa degli Etruschi is still a possibility that the team will also do the Dubai Tour. Enrico Battaglin, meanwhile, will travel to Argentina with the national team to race the Tour de San Luis.
Colbrelli, Battaglin, Boem, Bongiorno, Zardini, Pirazzi and Ruffoni all rode for the team in 2014 and will be joined by some of the best talents from Italy: Andreetta (amateur), Chirico (MG-KVIS), Simion (stagiare), Luca (amateur) and Simone (stagiare) Sterbini and Tonelli (amateur). Simone Sterbini, Andreetta and Chirico were on the podium at the Italian U23 Championships.
Marco Canola (UnitedHealthcare), Marco Coledan (Trek) Pablo Colonna, Diego De Ieso, Filippo Fortin (GM Cycling), Stefano Locatelli (retired) and Angelo Pagani (retired) will leave the team.
The bar for 2015 has been set high by the three wins in the Giro d'Italia with Canola, Battaglin and Pirazzi plus the five wins from Colbrelli (a stage in the Tour of Slovenia and four classics, Giro dell'Appenninno, Memorial Marco Pantani, GP di Prato and Coppa Sabatini), two from Zardini (stages in the Giro del Trentino and the Tour of Britain) and one from Boem ( a stage in the Tour of Denmark), Bongiorno (a stage in the Tour of Slovenia) and Ruffoni (a stage in the Tour du Poitou-Charentes).
