Carlos Betancur, who has not raced since he abandoned the stage 19 at the Giro d'Italia, has confirmed that he will be present at the start of the late-season Italian races. The Movistar rider will return to racing at the Coppa Sabatini. 

 

He will also race the Giro dell'Emilia, Milano-Turino, Gran Piemonte and Il Lombardia.

 

This season the Colombian rider won two races: a stage in the Vuelta Asturias and one in the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon.
