As expected, Nacer Bouhanni will lead Cofidis at the Tour de France and the sprinter will have his full lead-out train at his disposal. The final part of the team is made up of a three-rider group of climbers led by Daniel Navarro.
After having crashed out of last year's race, Nacer Bouhanni will again lead Cofidis at the Tour de France as he aims to get a first a stage win in his home race. Despite suffering from a hand injury after an altercation at a hotel on Sunday night, the sprinter will again spearhead the team which was announced today.
Most of the roster is built around Bouhanni who can rely on his usual lead-out train of Cyril Lemoine, Borut Bozic, Geoffrey Soupe and final lead-out man Christophe Laporte. Jerome Cousin has also been selected and should add some firepower to position the train in the hectic finale.
The final part of the team is made up of three climbers. Daniel Navarro will try to get another top 10 result after two years of disappointment at the French race and following a great spring, he is back on track. The same goes for Arnold Jeannesson who has had a bit of a revival since joining his new team. The pair can rely on support from Luis Angel Mate.
