Heiner Parra (1991, Caja Rural) will return to his home country with the Boyacá Raza de Campeones team next season.

The Colombian has spent two years with Caja Rural-RGA after he was seventh in the 2013 Tour de l'Avenir which was won by Ruben Fernandez. In 2016, he will be one of the leaders of Boyaca and will compete at the continental level.

Jeffry Romero who rode for Team Colombia in 2o13 and 2014, Javier Gomez and Miguel Florez are the other confirmed riders for the team.
