During the second event for Cannondale Pro Cycling in the Ardennes on Wednesday, April 23rd, the team will face Flèche Wallonne and its renowned Mur de Huy, the 19% gradient final climb that the riders must tackle three times andusually decides the winner.

 

The Cannondale Pro Cycling team for the 199 km Belgium road race includes the eight riders that raced on Sunday at the Amstel Gold - Marco Marcato, Alessandro De Marchi, Matej Mohoric, Daniele Ratto, Davide Villella, Jean-Marc Marino, Alberto Bettiol and Michel Koch.

 

"For us the script of the race will be the same of Amstel Gold Race - doing our best, exploiting the chances we have and racing gutsy," said team director Alberto Volpi. "We have to ride with bravery. The young riders can gain experience while the experienced have the chance to stand out. We know how hard will be but we want to mark our presence in the peloton."
