The British-Belgian duo have a 27-point lead over Swiss Silvan Dillier and his German Leif Lampater who like third-ranked Spaniards David Muntaner and Albert Torres are equal on laps with Cavendish and Keisse
In fourth place, Belgians Kenny De Ketele and Jasper De Buyst who won last week's race in Ghent, are one lap behind the leading pair.
