While half team that is racing at the Dubai Tour and then the Tour of Qatar, it’s also time for the second part of Bardiani – CSF Pro Team to begin the 2015 cycling season and it will happen with GP Costa degli Etruschi in Donoratico.

The italian one-day opening race, set for Sunday 8th February, will be the first event for some of the #Greenteam leaders: Sonny Colbrelli, Manuel Bongiorno and Edoardo Zardini. They will be joined by Enrico Barbin, 9th last year.

”We face up to GP Costa degli Etruschi with a really balanced squad and two-three riders already in good shape," sports director Mirko Rossato said. "I followed Colbrelli, Barbin, Bongiorno and Zardini during a long training camp in Tenerife and I can say that the first two have the legs to aim for a great result in Donoratico. Of course the opening race of the season is always uncertain but we believe we can have really good chances. I’m also confidence that neo-pros Andreetta and Tonelli plus Chirico can already find a key role inside our team”.

”Finally it’s time also for me to begin the new season," Colbrelli said. "The winter was spent without problems and I could train really well. Our goal is to start in a good way, grow with the shape and have the peak during Tirreno – Adriatico and especially Milano – Sanremo, my first big goal. So to achieve already here a positive result will give the team a first boost of confidence”.
