The Mouvement pour une cyclisme crédible (MPCC) has a new member. Promoted to the professional continental level, the Manzana Postobon team has applied for membership of the organization which impposes stricter anti-doping rules on its members. 

If the applicastion is approved which makes Manzana Postobon the first South American team to be a member of the movement. The decision will be made in February 2017 by the Board of Directors. 

It will then be the sixteenth pro continental team to be member of the MPCC and the 37th member of the organization.
