After the positive doping tests of Davide Appollonio and Fabio Taborre, Androni-Sidermec took legal action against the two riders. Yesterday the dates for the proceedings were announced.

The hearings will be held in March. The first will be with Davide Appollonio in the Court of Lucca on March 18, with Dr. Giunti being the deisgnated judge.

On March 22, the first hearing in the case against Fabio Taborre will be held in the Court of Turin. Dr. Di Donato is the designated judge.

Gianni Savio recently defended the actions of his team which was suspended during the month of August due to the two doping cases.
