Dayer Quintana will not take part in Tour de San Luis later this month, because of visa problems, according to newspaper El Tiempo.

Originally Dayer Quintana, along with his famous brother Nairo, was scheduled to debut in the 2014 season in the Argentinian race. Now only the elder brother will attend the race. Dayer Quintana will make his Movistar debut in Spain, instead, "I will start the season in Mallorca." Dayer said to the Colombian newspaper.

Movistar's updated lineup for Tour de San Luis: Andrey Amador, Benat Intxausti, Adriano Malori, Nairo Quintana and Fran Ventoso.
