Francis De Greef (1985) has renewed his contract with Wanty-Groupe Gobert and will be the 20th rider at the Belgian team which is ready for its second year at the Professional Continental level.
According to a report in Het Nieuwsblad, Belgian climber Francis De Greef will stay in his home country and ride another year with Wanty-Groupe-Gobert after he rode for the Lotto team between 2008 and 2013. During his time at the Belgian WorldTour team, he often rode for GC in the grand tours and finished 17th (2009), 19th (2012), 21st (2010 and 2013) and 23rd (2011) in the Giro d'Italia and was 21st in the 2009 Vuelta a Espana. At Wanty, he will continue in a role as one of the most important riders for the stage races.
Enrico Gasparotto, Marco Marcato and Yannick Eijssen are the three main reinforcements for the team of Jean-François Bourlart and Hilarie van der Schueren.
