29-year-old Frenchman Romain Lemarchand was without a team after Team Stölting's disappearance at the end of the season but an opportunity with Delko - Marseille will allow him to stay at the Continental Professional level.
Yesterday the team announced their new signing on Twitter.
Lemarchard is a former U23 world champion and has been riding for Ag2r and Cofidis before he joined Stölting. He has mainly been working as a domestique and hasn't won a pro race yet.
