Antoine Demoitie (Wallonie) again confirmed that he is destined for future at the pro level when he finished second behind Kenny Dehaes in a very hard edition of the GP Stad Zottegem.
"I am still disappointed with my second place," Demoitié told Het Nieuwsblad. "Of course I'd rather win. I hope to take revenge in Sunday's GP Jef Scherens. I have had a good season, but a big victory is still missing. I won the kermesse in Wanzele and a stage in the Tour of the Ardennes, but in a 1.1 race I have not had success yet. There have been no shortage of podium but I am just missing that little bit of luck."
