Dries Devenyns (31) will not be starting the sixth stage of Paris-Nice this morning in Vence. The Belgian rider has been suffering from a cold for several days, and as a result will be unable to continue racing.
The team’s doctors and sports management agreed that the preferred option was to send the rider home to allow him time to recover and prepare for his upcoming racing program.
