Having abandoned today's Tour du Finistere, Samuel Dumoulin targets success when he lines up as one of the Ag2r leaders in tomorrow's Tro Bro Leon. The race includes several gravel roads and is known as the Breton Paris-Roubaix.
"This race is always a little unusual," he said. "I won twice, but the course has been changed with more difficult gravel sectors. Last year I was almost in the right move and I did not miss much . Each time I was able to win this race, I had not done any racing before. This time it'll be different as I did the GP Denain and the Tour du Finistère.
"In the Tro Bro Leon, flat tires are never the result of bad luck. This often happens when you're not too good. This race is part of the French racing scene. It is held in a nice setting."
