David has been told that his contract with FDJ won't be renewed. To show himself for other teams, he has on the attack twice in the Eneco Tour but that was never part of the plans for the French team that have ased Boucher to leave the race.
"I have to go home now. Too bad. My team don't not want me to go on the attack. What else?" Boucher tweeted after today's stage.
Already last week when Boucher learned that his contract wouldn't be renewed, he expressed his dissastisfaction.
"My team will not keep me for 2016. The reason: no complaints about my work. So why???" he tweeted back then.
Despite Boucher's attack, FDJ was close to the win as Arnaud Demare sprinted to second.
