Christmas is coming which means important choices for Luca Wackermann. At 23 years age, the Italian faces a decision that he never believed he would have to make already now.
In an interview with Tuttobiciweb, the Italian admits that his phone has stopped ringing, that he has no concrete offers and that his last hope is Southeast manager Angelo Citracca with whom he spent the 2015 season.
"I'm training very hard, but my career could really be over after only three years in the highest category. Next year Ilaria and I will become parents and we have the duty to start to about about what to do and look at an alternative choice. Although I confess that I still hope..."
Wackermann who was the European junior champion in 2009, spent the first two seasons in the jersey of Lampre Merida and the third with Southeast.
