A few days ago, the future of the former Neri Sottoli team seemed uncertain when the main sponsor decided to withdraw. However, manager Angelo Citracca has reacted quickly and is the first European to bring a big Chinese company to Europe as sponsor of a professional cycling team.

Angelo Citracca is again enthusiastic. After the bad news, that his team had lost main sponsor Neri Sottoli, yesterday was littered with good announcements. The team both signed Alessandro Petacchi and secured a new main sponsor which will bring optimism and confidence for the future to the team manager.

Citracca describes the deal with Southeast Space Frame Co., Ltd., a big Chinese steel company, as an "unprecedented partnership" that leaves "hope for the future, bringing an incredible amount of opportunities for growth and development . ""

Citracca is pleased to be "the first professional team to bring a main sponsor from this area into Eropean cycling" and has so he has quickly shelved all speculation about the future of the team after the announcement of Neri Sottoli's wihdrawal. He will now continue his preparation for 2015 "with great confidence" and preditcts that there will be "more extraordinary news" in the near future.
