Previously known as Wallonie-Bruxelles, the WB-Veranclassic-Aqua Protect team has confirmed its roster for 2017, as reported by DirectVélo.
It is a very important season for the Belgian team which will move to the Professional Continental level after six years in the third division. Among the key recruits are Roy Jans from Wanty, Maxime Vantomme from Roubaix-Lille Métropole and Justin Jules who rode for Veranclassic. Other signings are Naesen Lawrence, Dimitri Peyskens, Ludovic Robeet, Lukas Spengler, Alex Kirsch and Christophe Masson. The team has lost Baptiste Planckaert, winner of the UCI Europe Tour, who has signed a contract with Katusha.
The team will have 19 riders in 2017.
