After quitting his role as a directeur sportif at Team Sky, Dan Frost will work with the ASO and organise bike trips according to Danish Channel TV2.
The 53-year-old Dane joined Sky in 2014 after nine season under the stewardship of Bjarne Riis, where he is said to have helped plan Alberto Contador’s crosswind attack in the 2013 Tour de France.
Frost was also involved in Sky’s fairly unsuccessful Giro d’Italia and in their much more fruitful Vuelta a Espana, where Chris Froome finished second on GC.
"I have been a sports director in the professional world for nine years and I feel that I have come to a point where I want to focus 100% percent on organizing bike trips," Frost said.
Team Sky have not yet announced their directors for the 2015 season.
