Wilco Kelderman and Stef Clement are in talks with Giant-Alpecin over a possible transfer. Their manager Rik van Dongen has confirmed the reports in Dutch newspaper AD.

Kelderman, who is at the end of his contract with LottoNL-Jumbo, may extend with his current team, but he also has the interest from other teams from the WorldTour, including Giant-Alpecin.

For Clement, it is necessary to find a new team. IAM Cycling folds at the end of the year. Clement recently did a very good Tour de France where he was very aggressive in the mountains.

A decision on the future of Kelderman is expected next week.
