CyclingQuotes: At first, Grega, how are you?
Greg Bole: I am fine. Thank you.
CQ: This season, you joined the CCC Sprandi Professional Continental team. What can you say about this team?
G.B.: Yes, this is my first season with CCC Sprandi Polkowice. I am happy to ride for this team, a really pro team. We can see that this team has a really good program with really good riders.
CQ: What did you retain about your first part of this season?
I am proud of my first part of the season, but it can be better. The season is very long and I hope to do best results and maybe on the Giro d’Italia.
CQ: The Giro d'Italia will start in a few hours. How did you prepare this race?
G.B.: The Giro d’Italia start soon, but I still didn't see the route and the stages, so I didn't do some special preparation for this race but I feel good ready for Giro.
CQ: What is your goal? And for your team?
G.B.: With my team, we will ride for stage win at the Giro. I am not specialist for bunch sprint, so I will try to do some good results when the stage will be little hard for sprinters and not too hard for me.
Our team has some good riders at this Giro d’Italia. We have one of big favorites for stage win -Maciej Paterski- who is really in the top shape
CQ: Why Davide Rebellin, in a great form, are not selected for this race?
G.B.: I don't know why Davide is not selected for Giro d’Italia. Davide is a good guy and we will miss him. The team have been make by our team manager and he knows what he do.
CQ: To finish, in your mind, who will win the Giro d’Italia?
G.B.: There are some good riders for general classification, but for me, the big favorite is of course Alberto Contador.
