At the Copenhagen Six Days Dane Marc Hester and Belgian Jasper De Buyst defended their overall lead for the fourth day running on Sunday but they were joined by Rasmussen/Mørkøv who won back the lap that they lost on Saturday and gained a bonus lap. Experienced Austrians Graf and Müller also made good on their loss Saturday evening.
Both the Austrians and Belgians De Ketele and De Pauw look certain to gain a bonus lap and join the leading two teams before the dreaded Handicap Madison on Monday evening, a discipline that will give a clear indication as to who is going to win the last Six Days race of the season.
