IAM Cycling’s Stef Clement will not be participating in the Tour of the Basque Country, which is set to begin on Monday, April 4th and run until Saturday, April 9th.
Clement has been suffering from sinusitis ever since the end of the Tour of Catalonia where he participated as a member of the Swiss professional team. Consequently, he will not be in a condition to give the best of himself in the Spanish race.
The Dutch rider will be replaced by Marcel Wyss.
