Aleksejs Saramotins will not participate for IAM Cycling at the Binche-Chimay-Binche, which is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th.  The rider for the Swiss cycling team is suffering from acute pain in his knee, and is currently being evaluated. 

His condition will prevent him from performing to his best level at the event.  He is expected to return to competition at Paris-Tours on October 11th, the final event on the 2015 racing calendar for IAM Cycling, in consultation with the doctors and the team management.
