Mikel Landa has two options for the coming season. The Spaniard from Astana has been offered contracts at Movistar and Sky. "I have not decided," he said to Marca.
"I will choose before or during the Vuelta a España," said Landa, who wants to ride another Giro in 2016. "I’d like to ride the Tour, but first as a servant before I'm the leader myself."
Earlier it was suggested that Landa will make the switch to Sky to fill the vacant place of Richie Porte. The 25-year-old climber finished third in the Giro d'Italia, where he also recorded two stage victories. Also in the Basque Country, he picked up a win, giving him three WorldTour wins in 2015, after having never previously taken a win in one of cycling’s top ranked races.
