Crash sees last-minute change in Lampre line-up.
Today Team Lampre-Merida confirmed their line-up for tomorrow’s Tirreno-Adriatico.
In the Italian race stage race, sports directors Fabrizio Bontempi and Bruno Vicino will guide Damiano Cunego, Filippo Pozzato, Adriano Malori, Davide Cimolai, Roberto Ferrari, Przemyslav Niemiec, Daniele Pietropolli and Simone Stortoni.
Stortoni took the place of Matteo Bono, who suffers a knee injury caused by a crash during training.
The team will be aiming at a sprint victory for Ferrari in one of the earlier stages and for a high placing on the GC by Cunego.
