Julien Loubet beat Pierrick Fedrigo in a two-rider sprint to win Paris-Camembert. Below you can read the reactions from Maxime Renault (Auber 93) who finished 6th, and Nicolas Baldo (Vorarlberg) who was in the early break and won the KOM competition.

"I am satisfied with my result," Renault told Directvelo. "I was boxed in during the sprint. I could have done a little better. In fact, I has to brake 150 meters from the line, it made me lose speed. I came back at the very end but it was not enough to pass more riders. But I'm still happy.

"The day was pretty easy behind the three escapees. I felt much better than I did last Friday in Route Adélie de Vitre where I was not good at all. Today I missed the boat on the Champeaux climb when Arthur Vichot attacked. We managed to catch part of the breakaway. It's a good day for me.

Next week I will ride two Elites races (in Gainsbarre and Gislard, ed) and then it will be the Grand Prix de Denain and the Tour du Finistère."

"It's very important for our team to show ourselves in this type of race," Baldo told Directvelo. "We are very happy to get an invitation for the Coupe de France. It's nice to have someone in the break. We do not hide that we were the smallest team at the start.

"I'm happy to win the KOM classification. Then it was not a waste of time to be in the break. The balance sheet is more than correct. We just miss a bit over such a long distance . It's hard to find races at this time of the year. There is a hard competition to get into the races. It's hard to build a race program.

"So it is nice to show the jersey, to be aggressive. It was the plan from the start and we were three who had this task.Unfortunately, we have not been invited for the Circuit des Ardennes. My next race is the Tour du Finistère and Tro Bro Leon."
