MTN-Qhubeka have headed to Stellenbosch, South Africa for their first training camp of the year. They have been there since Sunday at the Spier Wine Hotel.
The team has integrated well, with a number of team building exercises taking place, from pub quizzes to wine tasting.
The riders have also gone on training rides and helped out the Qhubeka charity, going to a shanty town to help the new riders learn about what the team represents and why they ride.
The team heads home on Tuesday. There will be a second camp in Mallorca in January before the team begins their 2015 season.
